Cats for Adoption: ****All of our cats, with exception to very young kittens, are spayed and neutered. They are up to date on basic vaccinations. Pages updated Pepe Pepe’ is a two year old neutered male longhair light grey tabby in need of a special home. Before coming to Second Chance Pepe’ had been passed around to multiple owners and was living in a home where another cat was constantly beating him up. When he came to us he had an inner ear infection that had gone untreated for so long that it has resulted in a permanent head tilt. Pepe’ was very scared when he first came to Second Chance and was not very trusting of people. Now that he has recovered from his ear infection and adjusted to his new surroundings he is learning that not all people are scary. Pepe’ is still shy but once he gets to know you he loves to be given attention and to be snuggled. Pepe’ does need to be an indoor only cat and would be happiest in a quiet household with older children. If you think you could give Pepe’ the loving home he so desperately deserves please come meet this special little kitty. Miss Lucky Miss Lucky is a 5 year old female. She was originally adopted from SCAC with her sister, Lilac, but had to be returned when a child in the home developed allergies. Miss Lucky is a shy girl who can be nervous in new surroundings. She has lived with dogs, cats, and children. Please come meet this sweet girl. Socks Socks is a 1 year old female who was brought to SCAC when her owner could no longer care for her. She is a friendly, affectionate, lap cat. Socks has not lived with other animals or children so she may do best in a quiet home with older children. Please come meet this gentle girl. Delilah Delilah is an 8 year old female long haired tabby. This beautiful girl was originally adopted from SCAC but returned when her owner passed away. Delilah is sweet and friendly, but can have some “catitude” and be independent. Delilah must be an only cat as she has no tolerance for other cats. If you are looking for a beautiful girl who wants to be your one and only, please come meet Delilah. Beauty Beauty is a 6 year old female. She was kicked outside and abandoned by her owners when they moved. She was being fed by a neighbor until there was room for her at the shelter. Beauty is a mild mannered, gentle girl. She enjoys long afternoon naps and likes to be petted. If you have a place for this low key girl, please come meet Beauty. Trudy Trudy is a 3 year old torti. She was originally brought to SCAC as a stray. Trudy was adopted, along with another cat, but had to be returned because she was picking on her feline companion. After being returned to the shelter, it was discovered that she had a urinary tract infection that was making her grumpy. She is now on a urinary diet. Trudy is a very affectionate girl who loves attention. Please come meet this great girl. Potter Potter is a 3 years old buff male who was abandoned on the shelter steps one morning. Potter is an independent boy who lets you know when he wants attention. He loves playing with toys and is very friendly with people and cats. Please come visit our great boy. Keesa Keesa is an adult tabby and white male. He and his brother, Miracle, are here because their previous owner has too many pets and could not care for them. Keesa is a shy guy that needs time to warm up to you.
