Mama Kitty

Mama KittyMy name is Mama Kitty. I am a 2 year old gray and white long haired female cat. I was a stray living under a dumpster and a nice lady fed me while I was pregnant. Once she gained my trust she was able to catch me and bring me SCAC. I am a little nervous but quite gentle and loving.

Cally

CallyCally  was found in a barn along with her two siblings. Her mother was no where to be found. Cally is approximately 5 months old. She is shy, but is getting used to people handling her. She is very active and loves to play.

Martha Henderson is watching over me in memory of Dr. Robert Henderson D.V.M.

Tina

TinaTina is a 1 year old female tabby. She was living outside. When she became pregnant the person who was caring for her brought her to SCAC because she could not properly care for Tina and the kittens. Tina is a small, active cat. She likes to play and loves attention. She would prefer to be an only cat and to have a home without small children.

Keesa

KeesaKeesa is an adult tabby and white male. He and his brother, Miracle, are here because their previous owner has too many pets and could not care for them. Keesa is a shy guy that needs time to warm up to you. Once he does he is a gentle cat who can be independent and aloof at times.

Barbara Cassidy is watching over me. Thank you to my Guardian Angel!

Joe Joe

Joe JoeJoe Joe is a 4 ½ year old female. She is mostly white with some tabby markings. Joe Joe is a big girl, but don’t let her size scare you, she is a sweet heart. She is here because her owner could no longer afford to care for her.

CJ

CJCJ is a four year old male tabby with white. He is very shy and nervous. However, once he warms up to you he loves to be petted. He is very talkative. CJ was abandoned by homeowners when they sold their home. The new homeowners were not able to keep him.

Owen

OwenOwen is a four year old orange male tabby. Owen was abandoned on the shelter steps one morning shortly before opening. He is a sweet boy who enjoys attention and has really come out of his shell since he’s been here. Please come meet this sweet boy.

Fern

FernFern is a 5 year old short hair dark pastel calico. She was brought to the shelter as a kitten in 2002, but was sent off to a feral colony because the staff was unable to handle her. She has made a lot of progress in the past few years and is now very sweet, although she is still a bit shy at first. She is very good with other cats. Fern has become a favorite of many of the staff at Second Chance.

Farah

FarahFarah is a 1 year old female pastel calico. Farah was brought to Second Chance as a kitten, along with her mom, as a stray. Farah is a quiet girl who would do best in a quiet home. She enjoys attention and being petted.

Mini-Me

Mini-MeMini-Me is a 9 month old black male. Mini Me likes to chase toys and bat around his mice toys. He gets along well with other cats. Mini Me is here because his owner had too many cats and was not able to properly care for them all. He is a sweet affectionate cat who loves attention and will make a great addition to the family.
