Summer

SummerSummer is a 4 year old short hair pastel calico. She originally came to the shelter as a kitten in 2003, but was sent to a feral colony because the staff was unable to handle her. She has made a lot of progress in the past few years and is now able to be petted, even though she is still a bit shy. She gets along well with other cats. Her sister is Raye.

Pumpkin

PumpkinMy name is Pumpkin and I am a 3 year old female calico. I was brought to SCAC by a nice neighbor when my owner passed away. I am very sweet and loving. I am a little shy and nervous at first, and then my real personality comes out. I like attention when I want it, but I enjoy my quiet time too.

Petie

PetiePetie is a 5 year old male. He is mostly black with white whiskers, bib, and paws. Petie is a mellow affectionate fellow who enjoys being held. Petie was a stray that was brought to the shelter so he would have a chance to find a good home. If you are looking for a gentle lap cat, Petie is the ticket!

Frank

FrankFrank is a handsome 5 month old male tabby. He is here because his mom was a stray who was brought to the shelter along with her kittens. Frank is here with his sister, Farah. Frank is a sweet cat who is a little shy at first. He just needs time to warm to and then he loves attention.

David and Linda Toohey are watching over me in Memory of: Max, Agatha, Tracy & JB Hunt. Thank you to my Guardian Angels!

Opal

OpalOpal is a 3 ½ year old black and white domestic short hair. She has a scarred tear duct in her left eye, which causes her to have a chronic runny eye. She is not sick. She was brought to the shelter after living in a feral colony for several years. She is still semi-feral and very shy. She will need a quiet home. She is very inquisitive and loves to sleep on furniture.

Mary Kate

Mary KateMary Kate is a 1 year old torti. She is an outgoing girl, but would prefer to be an only cat. She has lived with dogs and children. Mary Kate was brought to the shelter because her owner could not afford to care for her and her kittens. She is hoping a new family will come for her soon.

Susie

SusieSusie is a six year old female tabby. Susie was brought to SCAC when her owner went into a nursing home. Susie can be a little shy, but warms up quickly and is then very affectionate.  Susie is looking for a quiet home where she can spend her days being a lap cat. Please come meet this sweet girl.

Precious

PreciousPrecious is a 1 year old female tabby. She is a sweet girl who enjoys attention and being petted. She really enjoys snuggling. Precious is also active and enjoys playing with her toys.  Precious would prefer to be the only cat in her new home.

Levi

LeviLevi is a five year old black and white male. Levi is a very active cat who enjoys playing. He can get over-excited and play too rough sometimes. Levi was abandoned in a carrier on the shelter steps. We do not recommend a home with young children for Levi. Please come meet this excitable fellow.
