Elijah
Elijah is a black and white neutered male Siamese cross who has been at Second Chance for over one year. Elijah is a quirky and affectionate fellow who loves attention. Elijah originally came to Second Chance because his owner had 80 cats and needed help finding good homes for them. Since he had come from a home with other cats he would be very happy in a multiple cat home. If you are looking for a fun loving cat or a friend for your current kitty please come meet Elijah.
Spike
Spike is an all black neutered male eight month old shorthair cat. This little guy is full of energy and just loves to run and play whether it’s by himself or with his two brothers. Spike was born in one of our foster homes where he and the rest of his littermates were socialized before going up for adoption here at Second Chance. Spike was born with a crooked tail. The abnormality is only cosmetic and adds character to Spike’s already charismatic personality. Since Spike has never been outdoors we do recommend that he be an indoor only kitty. If you are looking for a special little guy that’s full of life Spike may be the right cat for you.
Merlin
Merlin is a large black longhair neutered male six year old cat. Merlin is a mellow and gentle cat that has lived with cats, dogs, and kids and does well with all. Merlin was returned to Second Chance after five years because the other cat in his home did not like him. Merlin enjoys being groomed and is a very affectionate fellow. If you are looking for a big cat to sit in your lap and relax with please come and see our handsome Merlin.
Ellsbay
Ellsbay is a three year old spayed female tabby that was returned to SCAC because her owner could no longer afford to care for her. Ellsbay has lived with kids, dogs, and cats and is a very outgoing and loving girl. If you are looking for an energetic and gentle family cat come meet Ellsbay.
Vera
Vera is a five year old spayed female tabby that came to Second Chance after being abandoned by her owners when they moved. Vera is a reserved girl that would prefer to be the only animal in her home though she does do well with some of the mellower cats here at the shelter. Vera is a bit on the shy side but is a very mellow girl and enjoys sitting in the window and watching the birds outside. If you are looking for a quiet kitty come see Vera.
Tiger Lilly
Tiger Lilly is a nine month old spayed female long hair tabby that came from a neglectful home where she was injured by a child that slammed Tiger Lilly’s leg in a door breaking her leg. She was never taken to see a Vet for proper treatment and as a result Tiger Lilly has a limp but gets around just fine. Tiger Lilly is a little shy at first but is a very loving girl who loves to be held. Tiger Lilly needs a quieter home with older children and no dogs. If you have the loving and quite home that Tiger Lilly needs please come meet this beautiful girl.
